Freddy – forever in our hearts <3

When our beloved little Freddy passed the rainbow bridge in September 2022, we were devastated. We only had him for a year, but in that short time he captured our hearts entirely. He was such a sweet and kind cat! We adopted him when his previous owners moved abroad and the people who first took him in wanted to get rid of him. He was very old (at least 20 years old) and very sick, but he bounced back and was in a good health for a few months after we took him in. When it was obvious that he was getting sicker again, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him so he wouldn’t have to suffer any longer. As soon as I could, I knew that had to create a tribute portrait to this extraordinary cat. This is the first one, and I will definitely create more. Rest easy little Freddy angel, you will never be forgotten.
