Lotus the Siamese cat

Lotus was a beautiful blue-eyed Siamese cat who sadly passed away unexpectedly. Her owner wanted her memorialized in a pastel portrait together with her favourite toy. I added the softly faded backround to add a bit of dreaminess to the portrait. Drawn with soft pastels and pastel pencils on a dark blue Pastelmat board.
