Bear With Me

This realistic pastel portrait of a brown bear is the first one of my own Nordic Animals series. I named it “Bear With Me” because I doubted my skills more than once when painting it. The name is to remind me to be patient and believe in my own abilities and perseverance. Soft pastels, Pan Pastels and pastel pencils on an anthracite Pastelmat board.
