Riley the Rescue Mutt

Riley is an adventurous 13-year-old rescue mutt from Canada. He and his owner Shaye share a love for adventures and the great outdoors, and often go on road and camping trips together. I really enjoyed drawing Riley’s portrait which depicts a special little moment on one of their camping trips. I used colored pencils on Riley and soft pastels on the background. I drew and painted the portrait on a dark green Pastelmat board.
